Worship at the “Church on the Hill”

Worship at Immanuel is an uplifting experience, following the path of creative diversity. Holy Communion is celebrated every first and third Sunday of the month and during special festivals, such as Palm and Easter Sunday, Pentecost, and Reformation.

On the first Sunday of the month we follow the “Feast and Celebration” format, and include traditional hymns. The third Sunday of the month offers “Gospel Liturgy”, with tunes of familiar Gospel songs. During the second, fourth, and occasional fifth Sundays we raise a joyful voice in Praise Worship services.

The children’s message at the beginning of each Sunday service, an occasional choir or musical solo, are our “icing on the cake” of our worship experience. And…don’t forget those special worship events! And in traditional Lutheran style many of our special services end with a pot luck meal, like Texas barbecue after our “Cowboy Church” Service.

Join us and have a good time with the Lord each and every Sunday!
